Qwick Media opening new horizons for growth objectives

Qwick Media is pleased to announce a letter of intent for proposed acquisition of Lucid Management Group. This strategic initiative will bring together two companies and their senior leadership teams with complimentary products, software and manufacturing capabilities that will expand the growth potential for both companies.

Lucid is a leader in the manufacturing of transit shelters and related street furniture and provides fully integrated services including the design, manufacture and installation throughout North America.

The interactive digital hardware and software of Qwick Media will be integrated into the traditional products of Lucid Management to provide an enhanced product experience for customers. Together, the combined company will be one of the few companies that can offer turnkey solutions in transit infrastructure, street furniture and other interactive digital media products to its customers.

Closing of the proposed Transaction is expected to be on or before September 30, 2018.
