Acquire Digital is delighted to announce that our a newly updated Virgin Media interactive POS, known as The Mobile Wall is now rolling out across flagship stores. Featuring an all-new design along with improved user experience.
The wall of smartphones allows customers to browse, select, scroll up and down fluidly, to create a truly interactive experience, first installed in 2013.
New features such as compare and tariff browsing, provides more options to enable a Virgin Media customer to find their perfect smartphone and mobile tariff.
Alongside this roll-out, Acquire has introduced a brand new iPad application, which replicates the Mobile Wall application, but in a portable form factor, enabling staff to walk around and show customers the latest deals. The app developed exclusively by the team of in-house developers, changes the way of smartphone buying.
These new updates will aim to improve dwell time in stores with the objective to provide a more engaging offering than a traditional mobile phone shopping experience.
