Philadelphia, PA — March 15, 2017 — Almo Professional A/V, North America’s largest professional audio visual distributor, is partnering with InfoComm International to deliver a half-day IoT Insights Conference at Almo’s spring 2017 E4 AV Tour, which travels to San Jose on April 19.

Worth a total of 3.5 CTS Renewal Units (RUs), the InfoComm IoT Insights Conference at E4 is based on the IoT Insights events InfoComm held in 2016 and focuses on raising awareness of the role of secure, connected, Internet-enabled devices in AV solutions and strategies.

According to Melody Craigmyle, vice president of marketing for Almo Professional A/V, “We are very grateful for the opportunity to partner with InfoComm to host the IoT Insights Conference at E4 and to be able to help attendees understand the real impact of IoT on the industry and their businesses.” Craigmyle continued, “Each of our professional speakers brings a different perspective on IoT and will leave participants with an enormous amount to think about and put into action. We’ve always been a major advocate of certification and pride ourselves on having a purely educational curriculum at E4, which is why every section of this IoT event is worth CTS RUs.”

“We are proud to partner with Almo Pro A/V and its E4 AV Tour in maintaining the momentum of our IoT Insights series,” said Betsy Jaffe, senior vice president of Member Services, InfoComm International. “The E4 AV Tour has proven to be a popular, valuable series of education, information and technology exhibition for AV professionals across the country. By including InfoComm’s IoT Insights as a half-day conference in the larger E4 AV Tour program, we are able to continue an important conversation in the industry.” The InfoComm IoT Insights Conference at E4 is being led by Andrew J.
